Following Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO) of April 27, 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform you that:
- The administrator of your data is the TerGo Foundation, based in Gdańsk (80-332), 7 Piastowska St. Your personal data will be processed for donation process, based on Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation RODO, and possibly, to establish contact based on Article 6(1)(f), RODO, as a legitimate interest of the Administrator.
- The recipients of your data will be only those authorized by the Administrator to process personal data and, in addition to the Administrator, an external accounting firm.
- Your data will be stored until the purpose of their processing ceases and then they will be deleted after the archiving period, following separate legal regulations. The data will not be subject to automated processing and profiling. You have the right to access to your data, rectify, delete, or restrict its processing, and object to its further processing.
- You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority of the data protection: www.uodo.gov.pl. The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, failure to do so will result in the inability to donate to the Administrator.
